Delivery Policy

Expected delivery time:
o Within Pakistan for Unstitched: 3-5 Working Days
o Within Pakistan for Stitched: 7-9 Working Days
o Outside Pakistan: 10-15 Working Days
o Within Pakistan for Couture: 3-4 Weeks
o Outside Pakistan for Couture: 4-5 Weeks

Please note custom stitch orders will require additional 7 working days

Shipping Charges:
o Within Pakistan: Free Shipping
o Outside Pakistan: Shipping charges will be calculated at the time of checkout based on the size of package and destination.

We endeavor to dispatch the order as soon as possible and are always trying to reduce the delivery times.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders payment will be collected from shipping address by the courier company.

For stitched orders payment needs to be cleared in advance at the time of order placing

Order Tracking:
On dispatch of your order you will be sent a shipping confirmation email with your carrier information and tracking number, be sure to check Junk/Spam folder as well.

Customized Stitching:
Customized stitching orders may require additional 7 working days for completion.
